Mr. Henley is currently president and CEO of Healthcare Strategic Solutions, an advisory firm focused on developing high-performance organizational cultures at health systems and other health-related companies. From 2005-2008, he served as president and CEO at Pocono Health System in East Stroudsburg, Pa. Prior to 2005, Mr. Henley served as executive vice president for Health Quest and affiliated hospitals.
Mr. Henley is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He served on the board of governors at ACHE and earned its Distinguished Service Award. He was elected as national chairman at HFMA and is the recipient of several HFMA’s awards, including the Founder’s Medal of Honor and National Life Membership.
