Concord (N.H.) Hospital named Betsey Rhynhart vice president of population health.
Here are three points:
1. Ms. Rhynhart most recently served as director of program development and executive director of NH Accountable Care Partners, an ACO that Concord Hospital participates in.
2. In her new role, Ms. Rhynhart will oversee the hospital's population health strategy as well as lead efforts in investing in data to better understand patients' health needs.
3. The hospital includes five centers of excellence, 295 licensed beds and 238 staffed beds. It saw 20,429 total admissions in fiscal year 2017.
