Community Regional Medical Center CEO Jack Chubb Replaced

Jack Chubb, CEO of Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno, Calif., has been replaced, effective immediately, according to a report by The Fresno Bee.

Craig Wagoner has assumed interim CEO duties in addition to his duties as the hospital’s COO.

Mr. Chubb led Community Regional Medical Center since 2005. No reason was given for Mr. Chubb’s departure.
