1. Mr. Hiott has served as interim CEO of the hospital since December 2016.

2. He began his career as an auditor, working his way up to CFO.

3. He has previously worked at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, W.Va., and within Charleston, S.C.-based Hospital Corporation of America’s South Atlantic Division Physician Services Group.

4. He holds an MBA degree in healthcare management from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City.
