Mr. Granow has served as a senior financial executive at several healthcare organizations, including Arcadian Health Plans, which was acquired by Humana in 2013. He also led the healthcare investment banking teams at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance and Giuliani Capital Advisors for six years.
Mr. Priest previously served as a managing director at UnitedHealth Group Ventures. Prior to joining UnitedHealth, he was a corporate associate with Dorsey & Whitney, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions and representing venture capital-backed companies.
