Cleveland Clinic has named Rami Hazzi, MD, vice president and chief medical officer of Euclid (Ohio) Hospital, effective Oct. 12. The position is the hospital’s top leadership role.
Dr. Hazzi has been with Cleveland Clinic for 13 years, most recently serving as medical director of the Admission-Transfer Center and bed management for Northeast Ohio, according to a Sept. 30 news release. He will continue in that role while leading Euclid Hospital.
He has also served as Cleveland Clinic’s Ohio director of clinical operations for hospital medicine since 2018 and will continue seeing patients at Euclid Hospital.
