Nathan Howell, president and CEO of Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center in Ogdensburg, N.Y., is resigning for a new job opportunity, effective May 11, according to a Watertown Daily Times report.

1. Mr. Howell is leaving to take on the CEO role at Biddeford-based Southern Maine Health Care.

2. He has served in the top post at Claxton-Hepburn for the last three and a half years.
