Here are four things to know about Mr. Holmes.
1. Mr. Holmes will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and collaborating with Cigna Medical Group and other area healthcare professionals to improve healthcare.
2. He most recently served as president of Aetna Health of Texas. While at Aetna, Mr. Holmes had market leadership roles in north Texas, Oklahoma, Orlando, Fla., and in the sales and service teams in Ohio markets.
3. Before Aetna, Mr. Holmes held a number of sales roles at Johnson & Johnson.
4. He earned his master’s of business administration from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. Mr. Holmes earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from New Brunswick, N.J.-based Rutgers University.
