Here are three things to know about the appointment.
1. Ms. Ramsey joined CHS in 2015 as vice president of hospital operations.
2. Division II is one of four CHS divisions and includes hospitals in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Missouri and Texas.
3. Prior to joining CHS, Ms. Ramsey served as a senior vice president at Houston (Texas) Methodist and CEO of Houston (Texas) Methodist Willowbrook Hospital.
