Four notes:
1. Dr. Trawick currently serves as associate CMO for Tacoma, Wash.-based Sound Physicians, a group that provides hospitalist services for some Irving, Texas-based Christus Health hospitals.
2. He has been providing care as a pediatric hospitalist at Christus Health facilities in Shreveport since 2005. Before then, he was in private practice.
3. He is a member of the governor’s advisory board for physician assistants and vice speaker of the House of Delegates for the Louisiana State Medical Society.
4. Dr. Trawick succeeds Isaac Palmer, who is resigning July 1 for new professional opportunities.
