Three points:
1. Mr. Walker most recently served as senior director of clinic operations at Memorial Hospital at Gulfort.
2. He will work to improve clinical outcomes and physician operation efficiencies in his new role.
3. His appointment comes months after the hospital sent emails to 30,000 of its patients about a data breach in February.
