ChristianaCare leader heads to Trinity Health

Newtown Square, Pa.-based Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic named Dia Williams Adams chief development officer, effective Aug. 10.

Ms. Williams Adams will lead philanthropic strategy across the three-state region’s six hospitals and associated care facilities, according to an Aug. 10 health system news release.

She most recently served as vice president of philanthropy at Wilmington, Del.-based ChristianaCare, where she led an enterprise fundraising strategy that delivered seven-figure annual results. She stepped into that role in September 2021 and departed from the organization in August, according to her LinkedIn profile.

Ms. Williams Adams has more than 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare philanthropy and nonprofit development.
