Children’s Wisconsin has named John Realini vice president and chief technology officer, effective Aug. 17.

Mr. Realini joins the Milwaukee-based pediatric health system from Froedtert Health, where he served as associate vice president of enterprise architecture and integration.

In an Aug. 3 LinkedIn post announcing the move, Mr. Realini called the opportunity especially meaningful because of Children’s Wisconsin’s mission. He said technology has an important role in improving care, supporting clinicians and caregivers, and helping create better experiences for children and families.
