Children’s National Hospital promotes nursing leader

Tara Floyd, BSN, RN, is now the inaugural vice president and association chief nursing officer at Children’s National Hospital.

Since joining the Washington, D.C.-based hospital in 2003, Ms. Floyd has served in leadership roles in intensive care units and the neonatal transport team, according to a Sept. 18 news release from Children’s National.
