Both appointments are effective immediately.
Ms. McCormick most recently served as senior vice president of finance and CFO at Smiths Medical, a medical device company. She was previously vice president, corporate controller and principal accounting officer at Valspar, a paint and coatings manufacturer.
Ms. Soderholm comes to Children’s Minnesota from Planned Parenthood North Central States, where she served as executive vice president and chief development officer of the five-state region. She has also served as president of Children’s HeartLink, a nonprofit organization focused on sustainable cardiac care for children.
