Little Rock, Ark.-based CHI St. Vincent appointed Forrest Whichard vice president of operations.

1. Mr. Whichard most recently served as COO and CFO at Great Falls (Mont.) Clinic Hospital and Surgery Center.
2. He previously served as regional CFO at New Orleans-based Ochsner Health System.
3. He also served as CEO of Doctors Hospital at Deer Creek in Leesville, La.
4. He earned his MBA at Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond.
