Little Rock, Ark.-based CHI St. Vincent hired Shawn Barnett to serve as senior vice president and CFO.

1. Mr. Barnett comes to CHI St. Vincent from CHI St. Luke's Health-Memorial in Lufkin, Texas, where he was president and COO.
2. His prior roles include serving as regional CFO at Christus Santa Rosa Health System in San Antonio and at Christus St. Michael's Health System in Texarkana, Texas.
3. He holds a MBA from Regis University in Denver.
