CHI St. Luke’s Health names Jay Glick to board of directors

Houston-based CHI St. Luke’s Health has announced the appointment of John F. Glick, former president and CEO of Lufkin Industries, to the system’s board of directors.

Mr. Glick joined Lufkin Industries in 1994 and remained until the company was acquired by General Electric, serving in various leadership positions including vice president, president and CEO until retiring in 2013.

Mr. Glick continues to serve on the board of trustees for Memorial Health Systems of East Texas and the board of directors for Tetra Technologies, a global oil services company.
