1. Mr. Houston most recently served as the president of CHI St. Vincent in Hot Springs, Ark.

2. He has 18-plus years of leadership experience with health systems in Arkansas, Missouri and Illinois.

3. Mr. Houston is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

4. He holds a master’s degree in health services administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati.

5. He succeeds Janelle Reilly, who was promoted to market CEO of CHI Memorial.
