CHI Memorial in Chattanooga, Tenn., selected Anthony A. Houston to serve as COO.

1. Mr. Houston most recently served as the president of CHI St. Vincent in Hot Springs, Ark.
2. He has 18-plus years of leadership experience with health systems in Arkansas, Missouri and Illinois.
3. Mr. Houston is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
4. He holds a master's degree in health services administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
5. He succeeds Janelle Reilly, who was promoted to market CEO of CHI Memorial.
