Mr. Woolley most recently served as vice president and chief operating officer of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health’s St. Francis Hospital in Federal Way, Wash., according to an Aug. 7 Facebook post from the hospital. CHI Mercy and St. Francis Hospital both belong to Chicago-based CommonSpirit Health.
