Mr. Holzbog will begin his new role on April 22 and be based in Palestine, Texas, the Palestine Herald-Press reported.
Palestine Regional Medical Center, Ennis (Texas) Regional Medical Center and Mexia-based Parkview Regional Hospital are part of Louisville, Ky.-based ScionHealth.
Mr. Holzbog will oversee operations at the facilities after serving as COO of Muscle Shoals-based North Alabama Shoals Hospital.
