1. Ms. Noonan has served as vice president of the Jeffords Institute for Quality and Operational Effectiveness at The University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington since 2004.
2. She has also concurrently served as vice president of quality management for Central Vermont Medical Center since 2012.
3. She has worked at The University of Vermont Medical Center for 35 years.
4. She holds a master’s degree in executive leadership and administration from Champlain College in Burlington.
5. Ms. Noonan will step into her new role on July 24.
