Centerpoint Medical Center CEO Carolyn Caldwell Leaves for New Position

Carolyn Caldwell, president and CEO of Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence. Mo., has announced she is leaving her position to take a new job in Palm Springs, Calif., according to a report by The Examiner.

Ms. Caldwell has been CEO of Centerpoint since October 2007. Her last day on the job is Sept. 30.

The medical center hopes to name a new CEO in two or three months, according to the report.
