Ms. Jones, 65, has served as USMD’s interim CFO since September 2013. Previously, she served several roles through Tatum, an executive staffing firm within Ranstand. One of those roles was as interim vice president of financial planning and analysis for Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare Corp.
Ms. Jones’ annual salary will be $360,000, and she could bonuses of up to 70 percent of her base pay. Ms. Jones also received the option to purchase 50,000 shares of USMD common stock.
USMD manages two hospitals in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, both of which are physician-led and physician-owned.
