Mr. Sloan was appointed in September.
Before joining Capital Medical, he was COO of Madigan Army Medical Center, a 243-bed, level 2 trauma and tertiary care facility on Joint Base Lewis-McChord near Tacoma, Wash.
He also previously served as COO at Andrew Rader Health Clinic in Arlington, Va., and associate COO at Evans Army Community Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Mr. Sloan has master’s degrees in business administration and healthcare administration from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from The University of Tulsa (Okla.).
