Mr. Turner previously served as vice president and assistant general counsel for Vanguard Health System in Nashville, Tenn., where he served for nine years.
Mr. Turner is a member of American Health Lawyers Association and Tennessee Bar Association and has also been active in the Federation of American Hospitals.
