Mr. Dietlin has served the hospital since 2013, initially as CFO. He took over as CEO in 2016 after the hospital’s board exercised the “termination at will” provision in his predecessor’s contract.

The hospital is convening a search committee to find Mr. Dietlin’s replacement.
