California hospital CEO sets retirement

Steve Dietlin, CEO of Oceanside, Calif.-based Tri-City Medical Center, is set to retire in March, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune

Mr. Dietlin has served the hospital since 2013, initially as CFO. He took over as CEO in 2016 after the hospital’s board exercised the “termination at will” provision in his predecessor’s contract. 

The hospital is convening a search committee to find Mr. Dietlin’s replacement.
