Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Broward Health tapped Brian Kozik to serve as chief compliance officer, effective April 1.
Three notes:
1. Mr. Kozik most recently served as chief compliance officer at Lawrence (Mass.) General Hospital.
2. He was previously executive systems director-compliance and privacy officer at Dallas-based Steward Health Care System.
3. In his new role, Mr. Kozik will lead all compliance programs systemwide as well as promote a culture of ethical and moral principles.
