Mr. Nyamora most recently served as HR director at Memorial Hospital Pembroke in Pembroke Pines, Fla. He also worked with the city of Miami Beach and Miami-based Jackson Health System. He holds a master’s degree in public administration from Florida International University in Miami. Mr. Nyamora will assume his new role on Sept. 18.
Ms. Cherry formerly served as administrator for physician integration and community practices at the Medicine Institute at the Cleveland Clinic. Prior to that, she was leading operations at Taussig Cancer Institute at the Cleveland Clinic. She is certified by the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
Last week, Broward Health tapped Alan D. Goldsmith as CFO and Gino R. Santorio as COO. The troubled health system filled the positions within the same week three executives resigned.
