Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital appoints president: 4 things to know

Boston-based Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital selected David McCready to serve as president.

Here are four things to know:

1. Mr. McCready most recently served as senior vice president of surgical, procedural and imaging services, facilities and operations at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.

2. He previously held leadership roles at Boston University Medical Center and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

3. He earned his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

4. Mr. McCready replaces Michael Gustafson, MD, who is taking on the president role at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester.
