1. Most recently, Mr. Shockney was COO of IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette, Ind.

2. He has also formerly served as president and CEO of Logansport (Ind.) Memorial Hospital.

3. In his new role, Mr. Shockney will lead “nursing, professional and support services, transformation initiatives and medical staff operations,” according to the report.

4. He will report to Matt Bailey, president of the IU Health region, which includes facilities in Morgan, Bedford, Bloomington and Paoli, all in Indiana.
