The Brattleboro (Vt.) Retreat psychiatric hospital and addictions treatment center appointed Mark McGee, MD, CMO, according to a VT Digger report.

1. Dr. McGee's previous roles at Brattleboro Retreat include serving as medical director of the Anna Marsh Clinic and medical director of inpatient services.
2. He has also served as the hospital's adult inpatient unit chief.
3. He replaces Frederick Engstrom, MD, who has retired as CMO but will remain on the hospital's medical staff.
