1. She has a background in journalism, as she was previously a news anchor and reporter in the Myrtle Beach, S.C. area at WMBF News, the local NBC affiliate.
2. After WMBF News, she transitioned to the public relations field. She worked for Shriners Hospitals for Children — Greenville, where she played a key role in promoting service lines, facilitating community outreach, fostering relationships with key entities, building brand awareness and bringing significant media coverage to the Greenville Shriners Hospital, according to a news release.
3. In her new role with Bon Secours St. Francis, her top priority will be providing interesting and relevant health-related story ideas to the media.
