BJC names former Centene VP to revenue cycle role

St. Louis-based BJC Health has named Cindy Keen vice president of revenue cycle business operations, according to a Sept. 8 post on her LinkedIn page. 

Ms. Keen joins the health system after spending more than six years at Centene. She most recently served as vice president of operations. She also previously served as senior director of operational strategy and excellence. 

Prior to joining Centene, she served as senior performance improvement manager at St. Louis-based Missouri Baptist Medical Center, which is part of BJC. 

“Having spent my career across both payer and provider organizations, this role represents an opportunity to bring those experiences together in a new way,” Ms. Keen said in her post.
