Bellin Health's CFO to add COO title

Jim Dietsche, executive vice president and CFO of Green Bay, Wis.-based Bellin Health, will also serve as its COO, under a new service delivery structure.

Adding the role to Mr. Dietsche's existing position will create "a closer connection between financial planning and operations to allow Bellin to better align its team around the outcomes and value that matter to patients," Bellin's incoming President and CEO Chris Woleske said in a statement.

Mr. Dietsche has served in Bellin Health's executive team since 2005. He is the governor-appointed chair of the Wisconsin Health & Educational Facilities Authority. He is also a board member and treasurer for the Greater Green Bay Chamber and a board member of the Wisconsin Hospital Association's Information Center Advisory Council.

Mr. Dietsche replaces Ms. Woleske as COO. Ms. Woleske was named president and CEO of the health system in June, following the retirement announcement of George Kerwin. The leadership changes will occur Oct. 1.
