BCBS of Michigan names CEO of Blue Care Network, CEO of LifeSecure

Detroit-based Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan named Tiffany Albert as president and CEO of Blue Care Network — the HMO-affiliate of Blue Cross — and Kevin Stutler as president and CEO of LifeSecure.

Ms. Albert is the current president and CEO of LifeSecure, which provides long-term care products and solutions for people experiencing unforeseen health-related risks and expenses. She succeeds Kevin Klobucar as president and CEO of Blue Care Network. Ms. Albert has 20 years of experience in insurance, and was previously director of external sales distribution and strategic sales at BCBSM. She graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Mr. Stutler, current VP of ancillary products for BCBSM, will succeed Ms. Albert as LifeSecure’s CEO and president. His responsibilities include development and execution of strategies for all ancillary products in the Blue Cross Core Health division. Mr. Stutler served as regional VP of specialty sales and distribution at WellPoint before joining BCBSM in 2011. He graduated from The Ohio State University in Columbus.
