Baxter Health promotes 3 executives

Baxter Health, formerly Baxter Regional Medical Center, has promoted three leaders to its senior leadership team, the Mountain Home, Ark.-based hospital said April 5.

Rachel Gilbert, BSN, MSN, has been promoted to vice president and chief nursing officer. She joined Baxter Health in 2004 as a nurse tech and has since held a number of nursing leadership roles. 

Brian Barnett was promoted to vice president of physician enterprise and business development. Mr. Barnet also joined the organization as a nurse tech in 2010. 

Tobias Puglsey is the new vice president of marketing and communications. He started his career at Baxter Health in 2017 as the director of marketing. 

Baxter Regional Medical Center began the first phase of its rebrand to Baxter Health last July.
