Baton Rouge (La.) General selected Stephen Mumford to serve as COO.

1. Mr. Mumford most recently served as vice president of operations.

2. He has worked at the organization since 2005, serving in numerous leadership roles, including vice president of clinical service lines.

3. He is a member of the Baton Rouge Health District’s Shared Services Task Force and the Association of Perioperative Nurses.

4. Mr. Mumford is a trained nurse and holds a master’s in business education from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
