Baptist names chief information and transformation officer: 3 things to know

Memphis, Tenn.-based Baptist Memorial Health Care has named Beverly Jordan, MSN, RN, vice president and chief information and transformation officer, according to a Memphis Business Journal report.

Here are three things to know about Ms. Jordan.

1. She has held numerous leadership roles at Baptist, including CNO of Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis.

2. Most recently, she was vice president and chief clinical transformation officer. In that position, she oversaw Baptist’s EMR initiative, Baptist OneCare.

3. In her new role, a new position at Baptist, she will also lead the health system’s information technology department.
