Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union County appoints James Grantham CEO

Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union County in New Albany, Miss., has tapped James Grantham to serve as administrator and CEO, effective Oct. 27, according to a New Albany Gazette report.

Mr. Grantham is also the administrator and CEO of Baptist Memorial Hospital-Booneville (Miss.), a role he has held since 2012. He has previously served as assistant administrator at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union County.

He joined Memphis, Tenn.-based Baptist Memorial Health Care as a medical technologist at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Collierville (Tenn.) in 1999. He has also served as Baptist Memorial’s service line administrator for clinical services.

Mr. Grantham succeeds Walter Grace, who is retiring.
