1. Mr. Gerard is currently vice president of ambulatory services at the hospital, a role he has held since 2015.

2. His previous experience includes serving as president of both Saint Joseph London (Ky.) and Saint Joseph Berea (Ky.) and CEO of Powers Medical Center in Lamar,
Colo.

3. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

4. He holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green.

5. He succeeds C. Todd Jones, who is resigning, effective Jan. 26, for a new job opportunity.
