Baptist Health Paducah names Chris Roty interim CEO: 4 things to know

Baptist Health Paducah (Ky.) selected Chris Roty to serve as interim CEO, following the resignation of William A. Brown Monday.

Here are four things to know:

1. Mr. Roty currently serves as president of Baptist Health La Grange (Ky.). He will assume his new role Aug. 28.

2. He worked at Louisville, Ky.-based Baptist Health since 1994, serving in a number of leadership roles such as vice president at Baptist Health Louisville.

3. He served as president of Baptist Health La Grange since 2011.

4. Mr. Roty holds a master’s degree in hospital and health administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
