Ms. Moore is the former deputy executive director and development manager of the Clinton Foundation in Little Rock. She also led the William J. Clinton Presidential Center’s fundraising efforts and the Clinton center’s communications department.
Ms. Moore earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Arkadelphia, Ark.-based Henderson State University.
