Phoenix-based Banner Health named Charles Socci, RN, COO of Banner–University Medicine in Tucson, Ariz.
Mr. Socci has more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience across complex academic health systems, according to an Aug. 14 LinkedIn post from Banner Health.
In his new role, Mr. Socci will provide leadership and direction for the day-to-day operations of acute care hospitals. His responsibilities include quality, patient safety, service excellence, team engagement and fiscal stewardship.
