Alta Vista Regional Hospital names Caleb O’Rear permanent CEO: 4 notes

Alta Vista Regional Hospital in Las Vegas, N.M., dropped the ‘interim’ from CEO Caleb F. O’Rear’s title, according to a Las Vegas Optics report.

1. Mr. O’Rear served as interim CEO for five months.

2. Most recently, he served as interim president for Metrocrest Hospital Authority in Carrollton, Texas.

3. He has prior experience serving as CEO of Denton (Texas) Regional Medical Center.

4. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and earned a master of health administration degree from Trinity University in San Antonio.
