Allegheny Valley Hospital CEO to retire: 4 points
Natrona Heights, Pa.-based Allegheny Valley Hospital President and CEO Bill Englert is retiring in early 2019.
Here are four points:
1. Mr. Englert assumed the top post at the hospital in 2015.
2. He has worked at the hospital since 1981, when he joined as a staff pharmacist.
3. During Mr. Englert's tenure, the hospital opened new orthopedic, neurosurgical oncology and inpatient rehabilitation units as well as deployed a new EHR.
4. The hospital has begun the search for Mr. Englert's replacement.
