Allegheny Health Network taps new chief nursing informatics officer

Rachel Hardy, MSN, RN, has been named chief nursing informatics officer at Pittsburgh-based Allegheny Health Network.

Ms. Hardy announced the appointment in a Sept. 2 LinkedIn post.

She most recently worked at Optum, where she provided advisory services in provider technology consulting.

Allegheny Health Network includes 16 hospitals and employs more than 21,000 people, including more than 2,600 physicians.
