Ms. Rowell will succeed Bob Ellis, who is set to retire Dec. 31, according to a Dec. 1 news release from the hospital.
Most recently, Ms. Rowell worked as D.W. McMillan’s intensive care unit nurse manager and assistant director of nursing.
