Aegis Health Group promotes 2 senior executives: 7 things to know

Aegis Health Group, a Brentwood, Tenn.-based consulting firm specializing in revenue growth strategies for hospitals, has promoted two senior-level executives.

Here are seven things to know about the executives.

Rochell Pierce will serve as senior vice president of market development.

1. Ms. Pierce previously was vice president of market development at the company.

2. In her new role, she oversees the market development roles of employer engagement and physician outreach in all of Aegis' market segments nationally, according to a news release.

3. Prior to joining Aegis, Ms. Pierce was co-founder and president of Trilogy Integrated Health Care in Jasper, Ga. She also previously served as director of clinical operations with both Psychiatric Solutions and American Psychiatric Partners.

Yale Miller will serve as client solutions principal.

4. Mr. Miller most recently served as executive vice president of Aegis.

5. He originally joined Aegis in 1999 from Nashville, Tenn.-based Hospital Corporation of America.

6. During his tenure with Aegis, he helped to establish the company's client services division before moving into senior operations roles within the company, according to a news release.

7. In his new role, Mr. Miller oversees all consultative and solutions activities for existing and prospective Aegis clients.
