Gaithersburg, Md.-based Adventist HealthCare announced that Patsy McNeil, MD, executive vice president and system chief medical officer, will depart the organization Nov. 6.
Dr. McNeil joined the system in 2018 as CMO of Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center, and held progressively senior leadership, according to a Sept. 30 system news release. She oversaw enterprise clinical operations, quality, patient safety, medical staff affairs and strategic healthcare transformation initiatives across the system.
Effective December 2026, Dr. McNeil will serve as executive vice president and chief clinical operations officer of Newport News, Va.-based Riverside Health, a five-hospital system, according to a Riverside Health news release shared with Becker’s.
Adventist HealthCare is a three-hospital system.
